OPEN – AAA/Major This division is comprised of Major and AAA teams. Teams will compete against each other in Pool Play. Sunday all teams will advance into a Major or AAA Single Elimination Bracket. Teams will be seeded for Bracket play based on all games Played. However, if there are at least 4 teams in Major and AAA divisions we will separate the entire event. AA This division is comprised of AA teams ONLY. Teams will not ever be combined with AAA or Major during Bracket Play on Sunday. Teams shall play 2 pool play games followed by bracket play on Sunday. When there are more than 5 teams playing in your division we may offer additional brackets of Play on SUNDAY. If this happens the order of finish is determined from how you leave the Gold, Silver and Bronze Bracket. This means that the Bronze bracket champion will never be placed higher than the last place team in the Silver Bracket and the Silver Champion will never be placed high than the last place team in the Gold Bracket.
Weekend passes are only available if team plays on Friday. 1st-2nd Team and Individual Awards Major, AAA, AA with all divisions getting awards each weekend.
Some Events may be posted with a Team Gate Fee of $100 in that situation 6-14 will have a total fee of $450 and 15-18 will be $500 Every attempt is made to give teams 4 Games
No Games Played = Full Refund 1 Game Played = 50% Refund 2 Games Played = No Refund Spectator Rain Policy Sorry, No Rain Checks For Spectators However, from time to time the Director may make another arrangement with a team
